- Portfolio balances and trade history (retrieved via Coinbase API)

- To operate your trading bot and execute trades according to your parameters
- To calculate and bill the 10% performance fee on realized gains
- To provide dashboard analytics and alerts
- To improve and debug the service (using anonymized data)
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when necessary: with Coinbase to execute your trades, and with legal authorities when required by law.
Your Rights — Right to be Forgotten
You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing admin@tessara.trade with “Delete My Account” in the subject line. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where legally required to retain records.
Security
- API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and never logged in plain text
- All data transmission uses TLS encryption
- We follow industry-standard security practices
Data Retention
Trade history and audit logs are retained for up to 2 years for performance fee calculation and compliance purposes. You may request earlier deletion.

We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
